This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Technologiaaa through www.technologiaaa.com. This policy covers shipping within the UAE as well as international orders including the USA, UK, KSA, and Canada.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

2. Shipping Coverage

UAE Delivery

We deliver across all Emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

International Delivery

We also ship to:

  • United States (USA)

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  • Canada

Additional countries may be supported depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Rates (Shopify Setup)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

  • UAE orders may have flat rate or free shipping.

  • International shipping rates vary depending on destination and weight.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

UAE Orders

  • Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman: 1–2 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

International Orders

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • KSA: 4–8 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen issues.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option  is not available rightnow 

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once the order is shipped.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

7. Refurbished Product Packaging

  • All laptops are securely packed using protective packaging materials.

  • Products may not come in original boxes but are packed professionally to prevent damage.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Technologiaaa is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier after dispatch.

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Sealed package

    • Opening process

    • Product condition at first view

  • This video is mandatory proof for any damage claim.

  • Without video evidence, no return, refund, or replacement will be accepted.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

10. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
